Green Apple Prosciutto and Chevre Slices

Simple yet sophisticated, our newest treat is sure to become a snack time favourite. Tangy green apple slices coated in sour lemon juice and topped with peppery prosciutto and savoury chevre make a flavourful bite sized snack.

Ingredients
  • 2 green apples, sliced into ¼ inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • ½ cup chevre or ricotta
  • ¼ cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 8 fresh thyme sprigs
  • Salt and pepper, if desired


Directions

Toss apple slices in lemon juice.

Lay on a serving platter.

Top each slice with a prosciutto slice, a dollop of chevre, a drizzle of honey and a sprig of thyme.

Salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
