¾ cup cooked quinoa
2 tbsp Nature Nate’s Raw and Unfiltered Honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch cardamum
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup plain or vanilla Greek yoghurt
1 cup fresh fruit (mixed berries, peaches, mango, passion fruit, etc)
2 Tbsp raw or honey-roasted nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, pepitas or walnuts)
2 teaspoons chia and/or hemp seeds
Directions
In a small bowl, stir together quinoa, honey, cinnamon, cardamum and vanilla. Add a dollop of yoghurt to the bowl. Top with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds. Enjoy!
