- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ¾ cup fresh kumquats (whole, no need peel)
- ½ cup Nature Nate’s Raw and Unfiltered Honey
- 3-4 cups water
