Ingredients
Acai Berry Bowl
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup red quinoa
- 1 4-ounce pouch acai berry puree*
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts or almonds
Acai Banana Bowl
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1/3 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 4-ounce pouch acai berry puree
- 1 banana
Directions
Acai Berry Bowl
Boil water in a small saucepan.
Add quinoa and cook until quinoa “blooms” (about 3-4 minutes).
Stir acai, almond butter and Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey into quinoa.
Divide into 2 bowls.
Top with dried cranberries and nuts.
*available in the frozen food section at most health food stores.
Acai Banana Bowl
Boil water in a saucepan.
Add quinoa and cornmeal.
Cook until thick.
Stir in honey, peanut butter and acai puree.
Slice banana on top.
Drizzle with extra honey if desired.
Serves 2-3.
