Frozen Honey Paloma Cocktail

  • 3 oz Blanco tequila (rec Don Julio or Casa Migos)
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
  • ½ cup ice
  • Grapefruit soda


Juice the grapefruit (about one large grapefruit) and place in ice cube tray. Freeze for about five hours.  Place in a blender with tequila, lime juice, honey and ice and blend on high until frothy and smooth. Pour into a salt rimmed old fashioned glass and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with slice of lime or grapefruit wedge.
