- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 1 pound butter
- 1 pound almonds
Directions
Butter a large kettle and a wooden spoon.
Place all ingredients in kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heart to medium low.
Stir occasionally until mixture reaches exactly 290 degrees.
Pour candy into w buttered cookie sheets, with sides.
Allow to cool.
Crack the large sheets of candy into brittle-sized pieces.
