Honey Apple Pie

Add a little extra sweetness to your Thanksgiving holiday with this Honey Apple Pie.

  • Crust for a two crust 10-inch pie
  • 6 cups cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey, plus 2 additional tablespoons
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Layer bottom crust in a deep dish pie pan. Combine apples, honey, sugar, flour, salt, pie spice and lemon juice. Spoon into crust. Dot the apples with the butter. Layer top crust over apples. Crimp edges to seal. Sprinkle a bit of sugar and cinnamon on top. Cut several air slices into the top of the pie. Bake for about 55 minutes. When slightly cool, drizzle remaining honey on top.
