Ingredients
  • 2 cups cold water
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup mint, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup (about 8-12 lemons) fresh-squeeze lemon juice

Directions

In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of cold water, the blueberries, and half of the chopped mint together. Pour into an ice cube tray. Repeat with raspberries and remaining mint. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.

In a large glass bowl, whisk together the honey and boiling water until the honey dissolves. Stir in the lemon juice. Place in fridge until completely cool. Serve over berry ice cubes.
