Honey Spice Cashews

This delightful treat is the perfect balance between spicy and sweet. Enjoy it as an on-the-go snack or a savoury side dish.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamum
  • 3 tablespoons coconut or raw sugar


Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir together butter and honey. Toss cashews in honey mixture. Line a baking sheet in foil. Place coated cashews on the foil and bake for 12-15 minutes. Combine all remaining ingredients. Remove cashews from oven and coat in spice mixture. Allow to cool. Makes 4 cups.
