- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1-2 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
- 3/4 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 cup strawberries
Directions
