- 2/3 cup pomegranate arils
- 6 cups mixed greens
- ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted lightly
- 3 Tbsp white balsamic or white peach balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp avocado or olive oil
- 3 Tbsp Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- ¼ teaspoon cardamum
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, toss together greens, arils and almonds.
In a small mason jar, mix together vinegar, olive oil, honey and cardamum.
Shake until well combined.
Drizzle over salad.
Salt and pepper to taste.
