- 3-4 1.5kg country style pork ribs
- 1/4 cup Nature Nate’s 100% Pure Australian Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 135 degrees Celsius. Combine honey and liquid smoke and stir until well combined. Coat ribs with honey mixture. Stir together remaining ingredients and rub evenly over ribs. Place in a roasting pan and cover. Roast for 3-4 hours, until very tender.
