Rainbow Smoothie Toast

These toasts are tasty bites of colour and flavour at their finest. The combination of fresh fruit and creamy yoghurt with edible flowers and fresh mint will make everyone at the table feel like they just sat down at a rustic bed and breakfast.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 3 slices crusty French bread, toasted and halved
  • ¼ cup golden raspberries
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ½ kiwi, thinly sliced
  • ½ peach, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint
  • ¼ cup edible flowers (optional)


Directions

Divide yoghurt between bread slices.

Top each with fruit, and drizzle with fresh honey.

Top with mint and flowers.
