Turmeric Ginger Smoothie

So creamy, you won’t believe it’s dairy-free. Superfood spice, turmeric, pairs beautifully with frozen mango, spicy ginger and sweet golden honey to create a sweet and splendid tropical smoothie. Add vanilla protein powder for a perfect breakfast add-in.

Ingredients

1 (12 oz) bag frozen mango

1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)

1” piece fresh ginger, grated

1/4 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey

1 (15 oz) coconut milk (lite or full-fat)

2 teaspoons turmeric

1-2 cups Water or pineapple juice



Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients, adding water or juice until the smoothie is your preferred consistency.
