Drinks:

White Claw Honey Mule

White Claw(R) and its low sugar hard seltzer has become a favorite sipper and tastes great on its own, but it also offers a fizzy kick to any favorite cocktail. We’ve given it a seasonal tune-up by slightly sweetening with 100% pure honey and infusing with zesty ginger. This iced cocktail is ideal for fall patio weather but can be enjoyed year-round.

Ingredients

For the cocktail:

  • 3 oz honey-ginger syrup (see below for recipe)
  • 3 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3 oz vodka
  • 1 lime flavor can of White Claw

For honey-ginger syrup:

Directions

For the cocktail:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine lime juice, honey-ginger syrup, and vodka. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, then fill two lowball glasses with ice and pour the cocktail into each glass until 3/4 full. Top each cocktail with White Claw Lime and enjoy!

For the honey-ginger syrup:

This not-so-basic honey syrup is a great add-in to cold or hot beverages that need a punch of all-natural sweetness. Infused with soul-warming ginger, it mixes seamlessly into tea, smoothies, cocktails, or mocktails.

Combine honey and water in a small pot on low heat. Once honey and water have melted together to a syrupy consistency, add in ginger and bring to a low simmer. Once simmering, remove from heat and place lid on to let mixture steep for 30 minutes. After thirty minutes, pour syrup through a fine sieve and store in an airtight container.
