1-15 oz can cannellini beans, drained
1 bunch watercress, stems removed
1 mango; pitted, peeled and diced
4-5 radishes, stemmed and sliced
1 batch Honey Mango Dressing
½ cup feta
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped well
Directions
Toss together beans, watercress, mango and radishes.
Top with sprinkles of feta and add cilantro as a garnish.
Just before serving, drizzle with honey mango dressing.
