Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 Tbsp cashew butter
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp golden flaxseed
- 1/2 -3/4 cup toasted coconut, divided
- 1/2 cup brown rice krispy cereal
Directions
In a food processor, pulse cashews, dates, cashew butter, sea salt, honey, vanilla, coconut oil, flaxseed and ¼ cup coconut together until a thick dough forms.
Add more coconut, as needed, until mixture is firm but not overly sticky.
Fold in krispy cereal, roll in coconut.
