Mini Fruit & Yogurt Breakfast Bowls

Bright and fresh pineapple, creamy honeyed yoghurt and fresh fruits make a splendid morning wake-up. Boost the protein by stirring vanilla protein powder into the yoghurt, if desired.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2-4 Tbsp Nature Nate’s 100% Pure Australian Raw and Unfiltered Honey
  • 1 small pineapple, hollowed out
  • 1 cup berries, kiwi or other fruits
  • 1/4 cup chia or  cacao nibs


Directions

Swirl yoghurt and honey together.

Spoon into pineapple halves.

Top with fruit and nuts, drizzle with more honey, if desired.
