Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup ricotta

Zest of 1 lemon

1/4 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey

3/4 cup sliced strawberries

3/4 cup raspberries

2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

4 mint sprigs

4 Nature Nate’s Honey Packets (about 1/4 cup of Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey)

Directions

In a large bowl or stand mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the ricotta, lemon and honey until combined. Top with sliced strawberries and raspberries. Spoon into serving glasses.

Garnish with pistachios and mint sprigs.

Serve with honey packets for drizzling.
