Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1 cup cashews, toasted and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 1 cup dried apricots, well chopped
- 1/2 cup dates, well chopped
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup flaked coconut, lightly toasted
Directions
Combine all but coconut and roll into 16-18 balls.
Roll each bite in coconut to coat.
Place in miniature cupcake liners.
Makes 16-18 bites.
