  • 1 large flatbread crust, pre-baked and cooled

  • 4 oz. plain goat cheese
  • 8 ripe figs, cut in ¼ inch thick slices
  • Small handful fresh thyme
  • ½ cup Nature Nate’s pure honey

Directions

Turn the oven on to 450 degrees. Spread the mascarpone cheese evenly on the flatbread crust. Place slices of figs evenly on the flatbread, crumble the goat cheese and evenly sprinkle on top. De stem thyme and sprinkle the leaves evenly on top. Drizzle with honey and bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble.

Cool slightly before slicing into wedges and top with any remaining honey and fresh thyme. Top with arugula if using.
