Avocado Honey-Basil Ice Cream

Add avocado for a refreshing twist on summertime treats! Add gourmet flavour to your dish of ice cream with this unexpected flavour combo. Avocado, coconut milk, honey and basil make for a scrumptious scoop!

Total Time Overnight

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 (15 oz) can full fat coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup Nature Nate’s Raw and Unfiltered Honey
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves


Directions

Peel each avocado and remove the pits.

In a blender, combine all ingredients, until puree’d. Pour into a freezer-safe container. Freeze overnight, whisking every 30 minutes or so for the first 2 hours, if desired, to make ice cream light and fluffy.

Scoop, serve and enjoy!
