Soft, ripe papaya makes a beautiful match with smooth, sweet chia pudding. A delicious way to wake up on a summer day (or any day, really) this lovely fruit bowl is a nice twist on smoothies. Looks beautiful at brunch, and can be given an extra boost of protein with a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
