Ingredients
  • 6 pitted medjool dates
  • 2-3 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal, or hemp seeds
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup fruit (berries, banana, peach or mango)
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract, optional


Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until creamy, and you’re done!
