- 10 mL baking powder
- 5 mL baking soda
- 30 mL Nature Nate’s 100% Pure Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 2.5 mL teaspoon salt

Directions
Honey Berry Crème:
In a food processor, combine cream cheese, berries, almond extract, honey and salt. Set aside. Prepare homemade waffles if desired. Cut waffles of choice with cookie cutter. Spoon crème generously in the center of the warm waffles. Drizzle with remaining Nature Nate’s Honey.
Homemade Waffles:
Beat eggs well. Stir in honey, baking soda, baking powder, salt and butter. When well-stirred, add milk and flour until just combined. Cook on waffle iron of choice, following manufacturer instructions. Makes 8 large waffles.
*If waffle batter is very thick and doesn’t spread easily with the back of a spoon over the well-greased waffle iron, add 60 mL more buttermilk or regular milk.
