Honey Berry Crumble

This crumble is as decadent as it looks and as easy as it gets to make. How can this be you ask? That combination is the specialty of our friend Roni Proter from Dinner Reinvented, and we're excited to share the recipe with you.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 50 minutes

Ingredients

For the filling:

  • ½ cup Nature Nate’s Organic Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Butter for baking dish

For the topping:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • ½ cup (1 stick) cold, unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • Pinch of salt
  • Extra honey for drizzling

Directions

Heat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, add the berries and honey, lemon juice, flour, and cinnamon and gently toss to coat. Place in a butter lined baking dish.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, honey, salt and cubed butter. Mix well and pour evenly on top of the berries. Drizzle honey on top liberally and bake for 45 minutes.

Serve with whipped cream or our favorite all-natural honey vanilla ice cream.
