Ingredients
Matcha Magic:
- 4 cups water
- 4 bags Matcha green tea
- 1-inch knob fresh ginger
- 2 cups fresh power greens
- 1/3-1/2 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Almond Matcha Frothy:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 bags Green Matcha Tea
- 3 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
Directions
Matcha Magic:
Boil water.
Add teabags and steep for about 5 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Add brewed tea and all remaining ingredients to a blender.
Blend well.
Strain twice through a mesh sieve.
Serve hot or cold.
Almond Matcha Frothy:
Heat milk and water until frothy.
Add teabags and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes.
Remove teabags, add honey and almond extract.
Heat briefly again, to ensure froth!
