Ingredients
- Crust for 10-inch pie
- 3 ripe pears, cored and sliced
- 4 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey, plus additional 2 tablespoons for drizzle
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Brie cheese for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll out single pie crust evenly in a large circle onto a parchment-lined large baking sheet or pie pan. In a bowl, gently toss pear slices, honey, cinnamon, flour and salt. Place coated pears in a circular pattern in the center of the crust, leaving an edge of about 4-inches onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Dot with the butter. Fold the edges of the dough up into a circle, leaving an opening in the center of about 3-inches. Bake for 35-40 minutes until deep golden and bubbly. Cool slightly drizzle with remaining honey. Serve warm with Brie cheese.
