- 8 oz fresh orange juice
- 8 oz coconut water
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 fresh kiwi, peeled
- 2 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
