For Chimichurri sauce:
- 1 bunch Italian parsley
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For lamb:
- 6-8 lamb chops, or 4 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine all sauce ingredients and puree until finely chopped, but not creamy. Place sauce in the refrigerator to chill. Makes about one cup. Prepare the grill. Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, honey and salt. Grill lamb chops to desired doneness, basting several times on each side. Serve with chimichurri, couscous and greens. Salt to taste.
