Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower rice (about 1/2 bunch)
- 2 cups broccoli slaw mix
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons raw sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce*
- 8 whole pitted dates
Directions
Puree all sauce ingredients until very smooth.
Toss into rice and veggie mixture until veggies are all well coated.
Serves 2-3.
*For an entirely raw recipe, substitute Sriracha with ¼ seeded red bell pepper and a slice of jalapeno.
