6 strawberries, hulled and diced
2 Tbsp sliced almonds
1 scallion, diced
2 Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey Packets
juice of 1 lime
1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
sea salt
Directions
In a bowl, stir together strawberries, almonds, scallions, honey and lime juice.
Drizzle with honey.
Spoon mixture into the center of the avocado halves.
Salt lightly.
Garnish with chopped basil or cilantro, if desired.
